The school features a water loop heat pump (WLHP) system with wet-side economizers serving the six classroom wings, administration offices, kitchen, and library with a central boiler plant and fluid cooler. Fresh air for the heat pump system is delivered through gas-fired makeup air units with air-to-air heat recovery. The cafeteria, locker rooms, and two gymnasiums are served by packaged rooftop units with airside economizers and demand-controlled ventilation.
