Cator, Ruma & Associates was selected to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design and construction administration services for their new first-year residence hall, known as the Dimond Family Residential Village. The hall is one of three buildings being constructed under the Denver Advantage Campus Framework Plan and will provide student housing and campus programs to 500 first-year students. Upper-level students will also have the opportunity to live in the new Residential Village. The technology design for this project includes technology and low voltage system devices, cabling head end equipment, pathways, and back box/conduit requirements. Architectural lighting design included multiple iterations of photometric modeling as coordinated with the University.
