The project was organized into three different delivery packages.

Package A included mechanical equipment upgrades such as boiler and chiller replacements for 9 elementary schools and a middle school. 

Package B provided electrical upgrades including switchboard, panelboard, transformer, and distribution board replacements, along with controls upgrades for 9 elementary schools. 

Package C included boiler, RTU unit, HVAC upgrades, and controls upgrades for 7 elementary schools, 2 high schools, and 2 middle schools.
