Maddie Grego, PE | Principal
Over her nine years with CRA, Maddie has been a driving force behind the development and expansion of our K-12 sector. What began as a small opportunity has, under her leadership, grown into one of the firm’s most significant market areas.
Her exceptional client relationships, technical expertise, and genuine care for the communities we serve have built a trusted and dependable presence in the K-12 space. Maddie now steps into the role of Principal, continuing to guide and elevate the sector she helped cultivate from the ground up.
Jed Moore, PE, CCP | Principal
Since joining CRA four years ago, Jed has become a cornerstone of our culture and a champion of growth in our commissioning services. His positivity and thoughtful approach have shaped hundreds of interviews and helped identify talented individuals who strengthen our team.
Jed has also assumed numerous evolving responsibilities, bringing structure, clarity, and initiative wherever needed. His contributions have supported the rapid growth of a service line that is now a meaningful part of our business. As he moves into the role of Principal, Jed continues to bring energy, innovation, and resilience to CRA’s future.
